Founding Story
OnTime Distribution USA Inc. was established in 2012 in Maspeth, New York, to bridge a critical gap in the US ethnic food market — making authentic South Asian and global food products accessible to immigrant communities and mainstream consumers alike.
As the authorized US distributor for PRAN-RFL Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest food and beverage conglomerates, OnTime was built on a simple promise: reliable, on-time delivery of quality products that communities trust.
Operating from the heart of Queens, the company identified early that the Tri-State area’s rapidly growing South Asian, Hispanic, and multicultural population was underserved by existing distribution networks — and set out to change that.
Growth Journey
Since 2012, OnTime Distribution has grown from a local New York operation into a multi-state distribution network spanning 11 states across the Eastern United States.
From its early focus on the Tri-State area’s South Asian ethnic retail market, the company steadily expanded its geographic reach and product portfolio — adding new categories including beverages, spices, snacks, dairy, and frozen foods.
Key milestones include securing major retail accounts across New York’s five boroughs, expanding into Upstate NY, and establishing distribution lanes into Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Ohio.
Today OnTime serves over 1,400 retail accounts with a growing fleet and warehouse operation in Maspeth, Queens.

OnTime Distribution operates from a 30,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Maspeth, Queens, serving approximately 1,400 retail accounts across 11 states.
The company runs a dedicated fleet of 3 refrigerated delivery trucks supported by a team of 15 employees covering warehousing, logistics, sales, and administration. Deliveries run 6 days a week, with most accounts served weekly or bi-weekly.
From New York City to Upstate NY, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Michigan, and Ohio — OnTime is one of the most geographically expansive South Asian food distributors in the Eastern United States.

OnTime Distribution is focused on expanding its footprint in Michigan and Massachusetts while deepening penetration in existing markets.
The company is actively growing its PRAN product portfolio — adding new categories including frozen foods, beverages, spices, and snacks — to bring the full breadth of PRAN’s global range to multicultural communities across the United States.
The long-term vision is to establish PRAN as a mainstream recognized brand and become the leading South Asian food distributor across the Eastern United States.
